Dear Dr Shahani,

Thank you and your staff for providing quality health care services, at such a difficult time in my life! I had the best weekend ever! It had been a long time since I celebrated a national religious holiday, without being in major chronic pain. After just the first week of Vitality Health chiropractic treatment, my physical symptoms of muscle fatigue, motion pains, and joint instability were reduced significantly! What a blessing for me, my family and friends to experience this life moment! I felt a flood of positive energy restored to my body. My mood changed from depression to joy and peace, knowing that I had made the right decision to invest my time and money in your wellness program! I smile more and with confidence, since I do not have to mask (cover up) skeletal and muscular chronic pain.

Now, after 5 weeks, I am happier and free of physical inflammation pain, emotional worries, and spiritual brokenness, which triggered and made episodes of chronic fatigue worse! I followed your advice to change my nutritional diet, the adherence to a set time for sleep, and the commitment to practice the home care physical therapy exercises. As a result, I have returned to social activities (walking, hiking, etc) without the risk of a bad physical outcome or consequences!

Dr. Shahani, God bless you for your kindness and patience while caring for all of my multiple aliments, which needed different level of treatment simultaneously to live and sleep better! I know that this was not an easy task, and you did it gracefully, with much respect, and professional business practices!

I have never felt better in my life as i have in the last few years ever since I have started going to Vitality Health. Dr Shahani is amazing, and does wonders with making the pain disappear. I had been to quite a few chiropractic clinics, but have never felt this good. Feels like you are a new person everytime you walk out of that clinic. Every aspect of my life has taken a new meaning after i started going to this clinic, and to say the least i have been a regular here almost every week. For those who dont know about chiropractic, a regular visit to the chiropractor is actually a rejuvination of your spine, kind of like the food your body needs daily to survive.

I had learnt to live with the back pain, but not any more :)

Every experience at Vitality has been a pleasure, entering the place you are transported to a calm soothing world, starting with the soft soothing music, the waterfall and the cheerfulness of the staff and the doctor who are always smiling and making you feel right at home.

Amazing massage at very reasonable rates, and to top it off, Christine is great, she works magic with her fingers. I have been in bliss after every massage that i have had, and its just so relaxing.

Honestly there are no words to describe the feeling after a good massage, it is one of those things you have to experience it to believe it.

If you have never had a massage before, just go for the new patient special of 35$, and you will keep going back again.

For those who have already had a massage before, you would never go back to any other massage after taking one here at Vitality with Christine.
